Responsibilities

• Co-designing daily routines and providing individualized key person support based on the Berlin Education Program.
• Contributing to the development of organizational and pedagogical structures, as well as the center's concept.
• Collaborating with children, colleagues, families, and the sponsoring organization.
• Planning, implementing, and reflecting on pedagogical work using the BeoKiz method.

Requirements

• Completed training as an educator (m/f/d) or a degree in childhood education, social pedagogy, or a comparable qualification.
• Organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and teamwork.
• Good self-reflection and conflict resolution skills.
• A relationship-oriented and appreciative approach towards children and families.
• Creativity and passion for the role of an educator.
