About the Role
The Client Advisor will focus on sales and building customer loyalty during the Christmas season, reporting to the Store Manager. The role involves inviting customers to explore the brand and offering a unique shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers according to brand values: being friendly, smiling, and always in a good mood.
- Understand customer needs and propose a relevant selection of products while encouraging cross-selling.
- Assist customers during fittings and accommodate any alterations when needed.
- Embrace a customer loyalty culture and build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Introduce new customers to the brand.
- Follow up and manage stock, including reception of goods, system integration, inventory, restocking, and transfers.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, including product presentation, cleanliness, and premises maintenance.
- Actively participate in Visual Merchandising, follow guidelines, and propose options during rotations.
Requirements
- Experience in luxury sales and/or designer clothing.
- Familiarity with sales techniques.
- Curious and willing to dedicate yourself to a new project.
- Smiling, dynamic, involved, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Mastery of customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-service spirit.
- Strong interest and good understanding of fashion.
- Strong familiarity with the luxury market and its trends.
- English proficiency is required.
- Another language is a real asset.
