About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and respond to security concerns while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a caring, team-focused culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders in accordance with established protocols.
- Prepare accurate reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate observations or concerns to Allied Universal leadership and designated client representatives.
Requirements
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- A Guard Card/license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
