About the Role
Sciolex Corporation is a fast-growing defense contractor providing systems engineering, technical advice, technical support, and administrative assistance to the U.S. Government. Responsibilities
- Screens and receives phone calls courteously and timely.
- Responds to telephone inquiries regarding service delivery.
- Performs appointment scheduling, tracking, and pre- and post-appointment contacts.
- Receives medical records and ensures all necessary health and administrative information is processed into the proper Records Systems.
- Coordinates and authorizes care with external community care providers.
- Accesses computers to utilize Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and various electronic systems.
- Processes community care consults in associated electronic systems.
- Effectively communicates with internal and external medical providers, reception staff, patients, and other third parties.
- Provides friendly and quality customer service to all patients, patient families, office and medical staff.
- Performs various front desk administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or other equivalent.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Ability to type 50 WPM.
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance.
- Must be a United States citizen.
