About the Role
AOT Central Garage seeks a temporary Business Project Manager to modernize and enhance the use of its AssetWorks/M5 fleet management system. This role involves data cleanup, implementing system features, developing standard operating procedures, and establishing progress tracking measures. The Project Manager will also coordinate training, document improvements, and collaborate with other staff for quick wins and larger system implementation.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with AssetWorks representatives and Central Garage staff to clean up and organize existing data.
- Implement underused features of the AssetWorks/M5 fleet management system.
- Develop standard operating procedures for system use and maintenance.
- Establish practical measures for tracking progress and success of system improvements.
- Coordinate training for current staff on new procedures and system features.
- Ensure new procedures and system improvements are documented for future employees.
- Collaborate with the Data Analyst and Administrative Service Coordinator to identify and complete quick improvements.
- Support the larger system implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree AND four (4) years or more of experience where the primary role was project management.
- Associate's degree AND six (6) years or more of experience where the primary role was project management.
- High School diploma or equivalent AND eight (8) years or more of experience where the primary role was project management.
