About the Role
As a working student in Presales, you will help our team make innovative solutions and modern retail technologies tangible for our customers. You will gain exciting insights into sales, consulting, and technical project support. You will actively participate in sales-related processes, from preparing customer presentations and demos to supporting tenders and organizing trade fairs, gaining valuable practical experience in a future-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Presales team in preparing and conducting customer presentations and product demonstrations.
- Take on tasks in demo management and support the setup, maintenance, and organization of demo environments.
- Participate in the creation and answering of RFIs (Request for Information) and RFPs (Request for Proposal).
- Support the team in bid management and the organization and administration of sales-relevant documents.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of trade fairs, events, and customer visits.
- Support the installation and configuration of hardware and software for demos, presentations, and trade fair appearances.
- Research and prepare information on customer requirements, market trends, and modern retail technologies.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Consulting, and Technical departments and support various Presales activities.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Computer Science, Media Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Communication Science, or a comparable field of study.
- Interest in sales, consulting, and technology topics.
- Affinity for modern technologies and digital solutions in retail.
- Basic technical understanding of hardware and software solutions is ideal.
- Structured, careful, and independent work style.
- Organizational talent and strong communication skills.
- Proficient in common MS Office applications.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.
