About the Role
Forward-deployed engineers bridge client needs and our solutions. You will embed with a customer team, identify the highest-leverage use case, ship it, and iterate in production until it becomes integral to their daily operations. This role combines engineering, product management, and advisory responsibilities, requiring you to write code and actively participate in key client discussions.
Responsibilities
- Embed with client teams to map workflows and identify areas where AI can provide genuine assistance.
- Build and deploy custom AI systems using real-world, complex production data.
- Implement rapid feedback loops with users and iterate until the solution achieves consistent adoption.
- Translate insights gained from field experience back into our core platform and established patterns.
- Represent arosplatforms as the technical point of contact in client working sessions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience shipping software.
- Strong full-stack development skills, specifically with TypeScript and Python.
- Enjoy working with ambiguity and client interaction.
- Ability to lead discussions effectively and without ego.
- Proficiency in building with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience integrating with third-party systems and APIs.
- Based in or near Toronto.
- Willingness to be on-site with clients as needed.
