About the Role
This role focuses on building solutions within a pod, working directly with the business day-to-day. The individual will own the design and build aspects of the solution, collaborating with the Solution Architect and Engagement Manager.
Responsibilities
- Build features using full-stack development on AWS and Azure with Claude and other models.
- Collaborate directly with business users on a daily basis to build solutions.
- Maintain quality through tests and evaluations for all shipped work.
- Accept design direction from the Solution Architect and identify any design gaps.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software or AI development.
- Proficiency in Python, and either AWS or Azure.
- A strong builder comfortable working directly with the business.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
