About the Role
This role focuses on building solutions within a pod, working closely with the business day-to-day. The individual will own the design and build aspects of the solution, collaborating with the Solution Architect and Engagement Manager.
Responsibilities
- Build features using full-stack development on AWS and Azure, incorporating Claude and other models.
- Collaborate directly with business users on a daily basis to build solutions.
- Maintain high quality through rigorous testing and evaluations of all shipped features.
- Accept design direction from the Solution Architect and identify any design gaps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software or AI development.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with AWS or Azure.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- $105,000 - $130,000 USD (base)
- $120,750 - $149,500 USD (total compensation including incentive)
