About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate with luxury retail experience for our Fine Jewellery department. This client-focused role requires a passion for fine jewellery, a strong understanding of gemstones and precious metals, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. You will guide customers, maximize sales, nurture repeat business, and collaborate with a team to achieve targets in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven ability to sell and consistently reach sales targets.
- Relevant experience in a department-specific sales role.
- A genuine appreciation for Liberty's heritage and unique spirit.
Skills
- Exceptional knowledge of both niche and established Jewellery brands.
- Strong understanding of gemstones, precious metals and jewellery materials.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of customer service.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Natural collaborative spirit, contributing positively to the team and wider store environment.
