About the Role
ALTEN is seeking a professional to translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications, process flows, and data models. The role involves designing end-to-end functional solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and owning the functional design throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications, process flows, and data models
- Design end-to-end functional solutions
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, testers, and Product Owners
- Own the functional design across the development lifecycle
- Support UAT and analyze system behavior and defects
- Work with API-based architectures, systems integration, and complex or legacy system landscapes
Requirements
- Master's degree (Business Analytics, Business Administration, Data Science preferred)
- IT background would be appreciated
- Intermediate/Senior experience (5+ years)
- May require willingness to go through Security Clearance
- Candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard as part of onboarding
