About the Role
Design, build, and implement AI agents to generate qualified life insurance leads and attract/recruit new agents. This is a hands-on role focused on building systems from the ground up for measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI agents for prospect capture, qualification, nurturing, and appointment booking via SMS, email, web chat, and social media.
- Build AI-powered recruiting funnels for attracting, screening, and engaging prospective agents.
- Integrate AI tools with CRM, scheduling, and marketing platforms for automated lead and recruit flow.
- Utilize AI to create and optimize ad campaigns, landing pages, and content to reduce cost per lead and cost per hire.
- Ensure automated outreach complies with insurance marketing regulations, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy standards.
- Track and report on performance metrics including lead volume, conversion rates, appointment rates, and recruiting pipeline growth.
- Train agents and staff on tool usage and continuously refine systems based on performance data.
Requirements
- Proven track record building and deploying AI agents, chatbots, or marketing automation with measurable results.
- Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and funnel strategy.
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Working knowledge of paid advertising on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to translate business goals into working systems with minimal oversight.
- Clear communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in life insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry is a strong plus.
