About the Role

SEA is more than campaign management; it's about holistic thinking, understanding business models, and driving measurable growth from business goals. At diva-e, you will combine data-driven performance with strategic client consulting, develop strong SEA strategies, discover new potentials, and utilize modern AI tools for faster analysis and better decision-making. Your focus will be on SEA with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with experience in Paid Social being a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop SEA and performance marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns holistically, from strategy and setup to testing, optimization, and scaling.
Analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, and Conversion Rate, deriving concrete growth and efficiency measures.
Proactively advise clients, question existing setups, and confidently present recommendations at management level.
Contribute expertise to audits, pitches, and strategic client projects.
Utilize AI tools for analysis, research, sparring, and campaign development.

Requirements

Solid experience in SEA and performance marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
Very good practical knowledge of Google Ads; experience with Microsoft Advertising is advantageous.
Ability to independently manage, optimize, and scale complex accounts.
Understanding of the connection between media, tracking, data, customer journey, and business impact.
Experience with Paid Social or other relevant platforms is a plus.
Confident communication in German and English, strong consulting skills, and ability to convince clients at management level.
