About the Role
We are launching a new MetaFlow channel for parents, focusing on practical meal solutions for busy family life. This role involves building the channel from scratch and becoming its public face, demonstrating how nutrition works in everyday family settings, aligned with MetaFlow's brand values. This is a professional brand channel, not a personal account, and will involve participation on other company channels.
Responsibilities
- Independently generate ideas, script, and produce daily short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), appearing both in front of and behind the camera.
- Develop a recognizable on-camera creator persona, showcasing everyday scenarios, quick solutions, and honest insights from family life.
- Actively engage with community feedback by systematically analyzing comments, questions, and DMs to create video content such as reply videos, Q&A, and reaction formats.
- Execute campaigns, promotions, launches, and giveaways, and host webinars and other live formats.
- Produce and deliver Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and appear in paid advertisements (Ads) as a brand ambassador for MetaFlow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building at least one personal account.
- Comfort and confidence in front of the camera.
- A keen eye for the visual language of TikTok and Instagram.
- Proficiency in mobile video editing (e.g., CapCut).
- Interest in nutrition, health, and weight management, with the ability to authentically represent family life without idealization.
