About the Role
We are launching a new MetaFlow channel that is authentic, approachable, and relatable. You will be instrumental in its creation and become its public face. You will distill content to its essence using your personal experiences, everyday tips, and topic analyses, aligning with MetaFlow's values. This is a branded channel with genuine personality, not a personal account, and you will also be featured on our other channels.
Responsibilities
- Independently generate ideas, script, and produce daily short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), appearing both on and off-camera.
- Develop a recognizable on-camera creator persona through everyday scenarios, quick solutions, and authentic personal insights.
- Actively incorporate community feedback by systematically analyzing comments, questions, and DMs to create video content such as reply videos, Q&A, and reaction formats.
- Execute campaigns, promotions, launches, and giveaways, and host webinars and other live events.
- Produce and deliver Video Sales Letters (VSLs) and appear in paid advertisements as a MetaFlow brand ambassador.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building at least one personal online account.
- Comfort and confidence in front of the camera.
- A keen understanding of TikTok and Instagram visual language.
- Proficiency in mobile video editing (e.g., using CapCut).
- Interest in menopause, nutrition, and weight management, with personal experience and a willingness to discuss menopause openly.
