About the Role
Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales performance, manage the DRB membership system, and coach a team. This role is ideal for a natural leader passionate about coaching and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Master and manage the DRB membership and POS system, including accounts and sales reporting.
- Drive membership sales by coaching the team, achieving goals, and leading by example.
- Oversee site operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash management.
- Supervise, coach, and support sales and wash technicians.
- Maintain high standards for customer service, cleanliness, and site quality.
Requirements
- Previous team management or supervisory experience with a focus on accountability.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and coach others to achieve theirs.
- Proficiency in learning and managing POS/membership systems; prior DRB experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated accountability in opening, closing, and managing cash.
- Schedule flexibility, including availability for opening/closing shifts and weekends.
