About the Role
AMI is seeking Client Advisors for its new boutique on Sloane Street, reporting to the Store Manager. The role focuses on sales and building customer loyalty, inviting customers to explore the world of AMI and offering a unique shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers according to AMI values: being friendly, smiling, and always in a good mood.
- Understand customer needs and propose a relevant selection of products while encouraging cross selling.
- Assist customers during fittings and accommodate any alterations when needed.
- Embrace a customer loyalty culture, build strong and long-term relationships with clients.
- Introduce new customers to the brand.
- Follow-up and manage stock (reception of goods, integration of receptions in the systems, facilitate rotating inventories, requests for restocking, requests for transfers, etc.).
- Ensure that the store is well maintained: presentation of products, cleanliness, maintenance of the premises, etc.
- Actively participate in the Visual Merchandising of the store, follow VM guidelines and propose options during rotations.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in high-end ready-to-wear sales.
- Familiarity with sales techniques.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Another language is a real asset.
