About the Role
GXO Dagenham is recruiting for HGV Category C+E (Class 1) powder tanker drivers to support Breedon Cement. Training will be provided for operating powder tankers.
Responsibilities
- Perform single drop deliveries (typically 2-3 per shift) from the Dagenham depot to customer sites.
- Load and discharge powder products under pressure from tanker to silo.
- Maintain clear communication with the transport office regarding any issues.
- Provide exceptional service to customers.
- Operate company vehicles safely, legally, and efficiently.
- Ensure required documents are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Previous experience driving Class 1 vehicles is essential.
- Full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement.
- Valid Driver Qualification Card.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- No more than 6 current penalty points.

- £49,192 per annum (based on 50 hours per week)
- £18.92 per hour
