About the Role
This role focuses on underwriting complex multinational property risks and building strong relationships within the London Market. It offers an opportunity to trade with brokers, develop new business, and share expertise while contributing to sustainable, profitable growth and excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite multinational property business.
- Develop new trading opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships across the market.
- Coach and support colleagues to develop underwriting capability.
- Make confident decisions and achieve strong portfolio performance.
Requirements
- Strong experience in UK and multinational Corporate Property underwriting within the London Market.
- Experience underwriting complex risks across different industry sectors, territories and catastrophe exposures.
- Strong knowledge of multinational insurance programmes and complex policy wordings.
- Proven ability to build broker and customer relationships that deliver profitable growth.
- Excellent technical underwriting, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Travel within the UK and internationally may be required.
