About the Role
Delaware North is hiring a full-time Information Technology Administrative Assistant to join our team at our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. This role provides administrative support for a senior leader and managers, offering career growth opportunities and an engaging work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and oversee appointments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and compile agendas, presentations, meeting materials, and supporting documentation.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and departmental administrative requests.
- Perform clerical and office support duties, including responding to inquiries, maintaining records, and ordering department supplies.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with executives, business partners, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute special projects by managing timelines, requirements, and deliverables.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience supporting senior IT leaders or executive teams in an administrative capacity.
- Expertise managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, processing expenses and handling multiple priorities.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive information and confidential situations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Agility to manage competing priorities, coordinate departmental activities, and keep critical initiatives moving forward.
