About the Role
We are seeking a motivated working student (or mini-job basis) in Social Media & Marketing to expand our online visibility and creatively showcase our projects.
Responsibilities
- Planning, creation, and publication of content for social media channels (including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Documentation of ongoing construction projects through photos and videos for use in communication
- Support in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Maintenance and updating of the company website
- Community management and responding to inquiries via social media
- Creation of simple graphics and advertising materials
- Research on trends in construction and real estate marketing
Requirements
- Studies in marketing, communication, media, or comparable qualification
- Initial experience with social media platforms, ideally also professional
- Proficient use of tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs
- Creativity, strong writing skills, and a good sense for visual design
- Independent, structured way of working
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Interest in the construction industry is an advantage
