About the Role
As a Deployment Strategist, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to implement Gen AI platform solutions, transforming data insights and business objectives into cohesive strategies. Your mission is to define platform integration, drive user adoption, and ensure significant client value.
Responsibilities
- Meet with client teams to understand their problems, workflows, and objectives.
- Analyze client needs and collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Integrate client data into our platform, ensuring a stable, extensible, and scalable pipeline.
- Design bespoke workflows and AI-driven solutions with clients to enhance operations.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to empower clients and foster user adoption.
- Share insights and feedback from client engagements with Product and Engineering teams.
- Present project outcomes and proposals to diverse audiences.
- Develop and deliver demonstrations of our Gen AI platform to clients.
- Assist in scoping new engagement opportunities and exploring emerging client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related disciplines).
- Prior experience in consulting, product implementation, data analysis, or a similar role involving direct client engagement and problem-solving.
Skills
- Familiarity with programming, scripting, or statistical tools (e.g., Python, SQL, R) is beneficial.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of user needs.
- Ability to translate user needs into actionable product improvements and strategic recommendations.
