About the Role
This role involves translating business problems into designs for engineers to build, owning the design process end-to-end, collaborating with engineers on complex parts of the build, and serving as the primary liaison between the business and the engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Frame the problem by running early conversations with the business.
- Own the solution design and keep it current as the work evolves.
- Translate business needs into specifications for engineers.
- Set success measures with the Engagement Manager and engineers before starting the build.
- Build critical components alongside engineers.
- Ensure the design remains relevant to the industry it serves.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years in solution architecture, technical or experience design, or applied-AI advisory.
- 1 to 2 years of leading experience.
- Ability to translate unclear problems into buildable designs for engineers.
- Strong writing and facilitation skills, with executive presence.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments with shifting priorities and unclear problems.

- Total estimated compensation range: $166,750 - $218,750 USD
