About the Role
The Lifeguard's primary responsibilities are to provide patron surveillance of the pool area, prevent injuries by minimizing or eliminating hazardous situations or behaviors, and enforce facility rules and regulations while educating patrons about them. The role also involves recognizing and responding effectively to all emergencies.

Requirements
- One year of work experience as a lifeguard.
- Current certifications in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR for the Professional Rescuer w/ AED required.
- Must currently reside or be willing to relocate to New York State at time of employment.
- Must maintain New York State residency for the duration of employment.
- Position is subject to a criminal background check and Statewide Central Register Database check.
