About the Role
This role involves planning, developing, and implementing continuing education programs, overseeing the entire process from start to finish. You will contribute to the development and execution of new educational offerings for both individual and corporate clients, manage projects according to contractual and organizational requirements, and advise prospective and current participants.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and market continuing education programs such as courses, seminars, and training sessions.
- Develop and implement new educational programs for private and corporate clients.
- Plan and execute projects, considering contractual and organizational guidelines.
- Advise prospective clients and support participants.
- Plan and implement marketing and sales activities.
- Assist in acquiring new participants and corporate clients.
- Recruit, schedule, and manage instructors.
- Create and maintain project documents and applications.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate quality management measures.
Requirements
- Experience in adult education and/or in organizing and supporting continuing education programs.
- Ideally, experience with Learning Management Systems or other digital education platforms.
- Interest in current developments and digital trends in vocational continuing education.
- Combines organizational skills with business management thinking and action.
- Works independently, structured, and solution-oriented, maintaining an overview of multiple parallel tasks.
- Enjoys communicating with diverse target groups and has a passion for consulting and customer contact.
- Possesses initiative, flexibility, and openness to new topics and work methods.
