About the Role
Gain practical recruiting experience beyond just managing applications, from job postings to initial candidate interviews and direct outreach.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish job advertisements.
- Develop new methods to reach suitable candidates.
- Review applications and conduct initial screenings.
- Independently conduct phone interviews, especially for the Frankfurt (Oder) location.
- Support direct candidate outreach for Commercial and IT positions.
- Advance active sourcing approaches.
- Experiment with new tools and AI applications in recruiting.
- Assist in identifying valuable applications of new tools in recruiting.
- Handle administrative tasks within recruiting.
- Contribute own ideas to simplify, speed up, or improve processes.
Requirements
- Enrolled student.
- A focus in HR, business, or a comparable field is a plus, but not required.
- Enjoy and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Approach people openly and respectfully, with an eye for candidate fit.
- Eager to try new tools and quickly learn new systems.
- Proficient in a digital work environment.
- Experience with Personio is a plus.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
