About the Role
As a Showroom Advisor, you will help customers bring their kitchen and bathroom ideas to life by recommending finance, products, and installation options. You will use software to create designs, coordinate projects, and support customers from initial ideas through to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend the right finance, products, and installation options.
- Use software to produce inspirational designs.
- Coordinate multiple projects.
- Support customers virtually and face to face.
- Take customers on a journey from inspirational ideas through to delivery.
Requirements
- Great at using technology.
- Brilliant communication and relationship building skills.
- Motivated by targets.
- Confident in converting designs into sales.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Good problem-solver.
- Keen eye for design.
- Flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
