About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career while working with global corporate clients within the banking, legal, and technology sectors, supporting individuals who help shape international trading and commercial industries.

Responsibilities

Foster a culture of proactive engagement and strong partnership with corporate clients, working directly with employees and HR teams to embed HCA’s occupational health services
Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor, integrating HCA Healthcare UK’s occupational health offering within client organisations
Provide expert guidance on employee health, workplace adjustments, and absence management
Support client engagement through meetings, consultations, and presentations to ensure high-quality service delivery
Manage occupational health cases, including triage and absence reviews, with clinical consultations comprising initial appointments (60 minutes) and follow-ups (30 minutes)
Produce client reports highlighting activity, risk, and measurable benefits to support informed decision-making
Contribute to peer review, audit, and quality assurance, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic employee support

Requirements

A genuine passion for promoting healthy outcomes, with an approachable, caring, and supportive manner.
Full GMC registration and a valid UK Licence to Practise
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records
