About the Role
We are looking for a Construction Manager for site and traffic safety at our Bernau location.
Responsibilities
- Lead, control, and monitor the entire site and traffic safety planning.
- Independently manage projects from inner-city traffic management to complex highway construction sites.
- Create traffic management plans and plan traffic safety measures in close cooperation with our CAD designer.
- Conduct site meetings and negotiate with subcontractors.
- Identify potential changes in scope and create corresponding supplementary offers.
- Support customer and order acquisition, as well as offer and invoice preparation.
- Sustainably build and expand our business area.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in construction/craftsmanship, possibly further training as a technician/master/foreman, or a comparable qualification.
- Also welcome career changers with manual skills, technical understanding, and great interest in site and traffic safety.
- Practical experience in construction and good knowledge of VOB and StVO are desirable.
- Enjoy working in a team and always work independently and solution-oriented.
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using standard MS Office programs.
- Knowledge of digital drawing programs such as CorelDRAW and AutoCAD is desirable but not a must.
