About the Role
As an IT Analyst, you will ensure Holvians have the necessary equipment and technology to maintain smooth operations. You will serve as the primary IT representative in the Berlin branch, providing internal customer service and support for IT-related issues and projects, with access to support from the Helsinki team.
Responsibilities
- Triaging and answering support requests from Holvians
- Overseeing asset and access management processes, including documentation accuracy
- Setting up Holvians with equipment and access, and managing departures
- Supporting security compliance through patching and IT asset reviews
- Maintaining and improving internal knowledge bases
- Resolving connectivity issues and making minor changes to internal services
- Escalating problems to other team members or sections as needed
Requirements
- Starting on an IT journey or studying in an IT-related field
- Independent worker with initiative to solve unfamiliar problems
- Curious and eager to learn new skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Professional German language skills
- Proactive and enjoy working with people and helping others
- Available to work in the office at least three days per week
