About the Role
We are looking for a proficient Senior Applications Engineer - Business Central to join our Business Systems & Integration department. You will develop and implement finance-related Microsoft Business Central solutions while building your system-related knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and integrate technical solutions into Business Central together with other engineers and application managers
- Collaborate with senior team members to provide technical support on system capabilities, configurations, and best practices to internal teams and stakeholders
- Participate in reviewing technical implementations, code, and customizations with guidance from senior engineers
- Support integration solutions between Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and other business systems, working closely with middleware engineers to ensure data integrity and system compatibility
- Help create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and data flow models
- Learn from and collaborate with team members on technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics, contributing to a culture of continuous learning
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central, including hands-on experience with customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Proficient knowledge of AL programming language and Business Central development tools
- Experience with Azure DevOps and modern development practices
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations
