About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology infrastructure projects across our growing portfolio. You'll manage multiple projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organisation and collaboration, and has a strong background in technology infrastructure project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs and governance documentation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across the business.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, technology teams and third-party suppliers.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies and budgets.
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Define testing, acceptance criteria and success measures.
- Support improvements to project governance, standards and delivery methodologies.
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with business priorities and technology strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience managing technology infrastructure projects.
- Experience delivering technology solutions within office fit-outs, building refurbishments or workplace environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with suppliers including cabling, networking, AV, WiFi and telecoms providers.
- Strong project planning, risk management and governance skills.
- Excellent communication, organisation and documentation skills.
