About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner to be the central point of contact for all HR-related matters in our Fulfillment Centers in the Berlin area, Ludwigsfelde, and potentially our new location in Falkensee. Join our Operations team and actively shape the HR department in a dynamic scale-up environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees on all HR questions, from working hours and payroll to vacation planning and social benefits.
- Precisely maintain personnel records and update internal databases (e.g., sick days, new hires).
- Lead, motivate, develop, and inspire your team, which consists of one HR Admin.
- Collaborate closely with Fulfillment Operations, Recruiting, and other internal teams to develop optimal HR solutions.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of HR processes in the Operations area, ensuring their efficiency and continuous optimization.
- Actively contribute ideas to improve HR workflows and significantly contribute to the further development of our HR strategy.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in Human Resources, Law, or a similar field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR position, ideally in a dynamic operations or logistics environment.
- Fluent German and English language skills for communication in our international environment.
- Willingness to initially work on-site at our Fulfillment Center in Ludwigsfelde and to cover our new location in Falkensee in the future.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the entire HR lifecycle - from hiring and contract management to employee development and talent management.
- Sound knowledge of German labor law.
