About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Operations Coordinator to join our UK/International Supply Chain team in London. This is a full-time position. In this hands-on role, you will help keep orders moving smoothly from customer request to delivery, working closely with our warehouse partners, internal Operations, Planning and Sales teams, and key B2B customers. You will play an important part in delivering high service levels, efficient order processing and great customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts operationally, building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Process manual and EDI orders accurately and on time, ensuring correct stock requirements are captured.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Planning, and Sales to align on new products, stock availability, and customer needs.
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a friendly, professional, and solution-focused manner.
  • Monitor OTIF and troubleshoot order fulfilment challenges to support delivery performance.
  • Generate and submit invoices and act as the first point of contact for credit control follow-up.
  • Review KPIs and suggest practical improvements for process efficiency.
  • Liaise with the third-party warehouse partner, supporting day-to-day logistics and resolving operational issues.
  • Review stockholding and collaborate with the Planning team to flag potential stock imbalances.
  • Support monthly stock reconciliations and contribute to accurate inventory management.
  • Use Excel and analytical thinking to review sales, stock, and logistics data to identify efficiency improvements.
  • Help improve existing systems and support the implementation of new Operations processes.
  • Monitor logistics performance and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership of practical London office coordination tasks, including office supplies, facilities, and general organization.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to spot issues before they become problems.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and remain calm when plans change.
  • Energy, curiosity, and motivation to grow with a fast-moving business.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is preferable.
