About the Role

Operate and improve selected collaboration, workflow, and service-management tools to ensure teams can work efficiently, securely, and reliably. This role focuses on collaboration tools but extends to connecting services, improving workflows, strengthening supportability, and establishing practical ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and troubleshoot collaboration and enterprise tools like Jira, Coda, Miro, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Improve workflows, service requests, queues, permissions, automations, knowledge-base content, and service delivery.
  • Triage incidents and requests, communicate clearly, coordinate escalations, and document causes, solutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Create documentation, runbooks, ownership information, and repeatable processes.
  • Introduce small automations and approved AI-assisted workflows.
  • Support tool rollouts, migrations, and integration changes.
  • Travel to another office location from time to time to support local teams when required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise IT, including IT operations, systems administration, service management, enterprise applications, or collaboration and workflow tools.
  • Experience administering at least one workflow or service-management platform (e.g., Jira, Siit, Coda, ServiceNow).
  • Practical experience with one or more collaboration or productivity platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Miro), including configuration, permissions, troubleshooting, integrations, user enablement, or service improvement.
  • Confidence troubleshooting integrations and implementing small automations using platform rules, APIs, Bash, Python, or similar tools.
  • Experience with AI assistants, AI agents, and integrations is a strong advantage.
  • Solid IT service-operations fundamentals, including ticket and queue hygiene, incident communication, change discipline, prioritisation, and structured troubleshooting.
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Able to work independently and ask for input on non-standard or high-risk changes.
  • Able to build shared team knowledge and help create clear processes where they do not yet exist.
