About the Role

Responsibilities
- Drive digitalization in the Public Sector and accompany clients on Intrexx projects from idea to implementation.
- Immerse yourself in processes, understand challenges, and develop solutions that work in everyday life.
- Design modern portals and applications that delight users and create real added value.
- Collaborate closely with motivated teams and stakeholders to actively drive projects forward.
- Contribute your ideas in workshops and convince clients with clear, tangible solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with Intrexx or similar low-code platforms and a desire to expand this expertise.
- Experience in the introduction and development of digitalization projects and IT procedures in the Public Sector, ideally in Berlin's public administration.
- Experience in implementing IT projects and a desire to take on responsibility.
- Openness to engage with people, clear communication, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Very good German language skills (C1) and confidence in interacting with clients and teams.
