About the Role
Kitware, Inc. is seeking Computer Vision Co-Op Interns to join our Computer Vision Team. This internship offers the chance to contribute to cutting-edge algorithms and software for automated image and video analysis, embracing deep learning to add measurable value to diverse organizations worldwide. You will gain experience while contributing to high-level complex problems related to Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
Responsibilities
- Be part of Kitware's overall mission of positive social impact through environmental monitoring, national and global security, ethical AI, open science, scientific computing, and medical computing.
- Gain experience while contributing to high-level complex problems related to Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
- Participate as a team member in project planning and execution.
- Check in with teammates and sort out issues together during sprint meetings.
Requirements
- Currently at least a Junior or Senior working towards a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience programming using C++ and Python.
- Only U.S. citizens will be considered for this position due to contractual requirements.
