About the Role
We are seeking full-time Style Advisors for our retail team at the Battersea Power Station store. Reporting to store managers, you will stay current with trends, deliver a first-class customer experience, and act as a brand ambassador, focusing on client needs and providing expert styling advice.
Responsibilities
- Greet, assist, and sell products professionally and consultatively.
- Act as a positive brand ambassador through behavior and personal presentation.
- Adhere to dress code guidelines.
- Create an engaging client experience with first-class service.
- Host clients according to hospitality and interaction guidelines.
- Execute visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Provide expert styling advice and wardrobe mastery to build basket size and achieve AOV targets.
- Upsell or cross-sell to clients using appropriate sales techniques.
- Continuously develop knowledge of the collection, including fit, fabric, function, trims, and trends.
- Develop and grow a local and international client base.
- Maintain store standards and respect the product.
- Build strong relationships with head office teams for fluid communication.
- Adhere to health and safety and loss prevention policies.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in fashion, art, or hospitality with a proven track record in delivering world-class client experiences.
- Fashion expert with advanced knowledge of the industry.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Strong communicator with fluent English.
- Natural presence and hosting ability with an inspirational and charismatic character.
- Strong work ethic, personal drive, and attention to detail.
