About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Senior Product Delivery Manager to lead the development and deployment of a strategic project that redefines production methods and capabilities across our fulfillment network. This role requires a strong operational background and the ability to bridge strategy and execution, with frequent travel to international warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and refine DC layouts, operational workflows, and physical equipment setups for next-generation production models.
- Drive the end-to-end implementation and deployment of production technologies and the new production model across multiple international fulfillment centers.
- Apply Lean principles to continuously optimize the operational setup and production capacity.
- Act as the central node between global engineering, local operations, tech, and senior leadership, managing expectations and aligning priorities.
- Identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex physical and systematic business problems using analytics, engineering principles, and business judgment.
- Support the development of rollout strategies and produce project plans for scalable deployment without disrupting operations.
- Drive clear project documentation, define solutions and requirements, and create standard deployment playbooks.
Requirements
- Strong track record within a production, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
- Highly specific, demonstrated experience in DC layout design, process design, and equipment design/optimization.
- Deep expertise in Lean Management principles and continuous improvement methodologies within a physical operational setting.
- Exceptional project delivery and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams in a cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver significant impact and work independently in an unstructured, fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Interest and willingness to frequently travel abroad (~50%).
