About the Role
This role will drive business across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East by aligning CHAOS’ technical capabilities to military and commercial operational requirements. Based out of the UK, you will lead critical customer engagements from pre-sales outreach to post-contract implementation, ensuring close customer proximity. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional planning and coordination skills, flawless execution, and a drive to apply them to tactical system deployment. You are comfortable in both formal and field environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Understand and translate customer needs, acting as the customer's ambassador to CHAOS and CHAOS' representative to the customer.
- Execute customer-focused activities including coordination, planning, site surveys, customer training, and successful demonstrations.
- Gain a thorough understanding of CHAOS products, capabilities, and resources to align with mission and user requirements.
- Engage with customers at all levels, from tactical to strategic, in various environments including MOD halls and the field.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a problem-solving mentality, initiative in seeking information, team-building, creativity, and thought leadership.
- Proven program/project management experience in developing requirements, scoping programs, and delivering to customers in the defense industry.
- Willingness to get hands-on with hardware in the field with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- High risk tolerance and willingness to accompany customers to critical locations.
- Ability and interest to travel up to 50% (with flexibility for higher periods) to customer sites across Europe and the Middle East, and to US offices.
- Existing UK security clearance or eligibility to obtain it.
