About the Role

The central mission of this role is supporting the managing directors in strategic growth initiatives from research to execution. You will own tasks end-to-end, move fast, and get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and pressure-test strategic options for growth, including new markets, segments, offerings, and business models.
  • Build the analytical basis for leadership decisions.
  • Run structured deep dives into markets, verticals, and emerging technologies.
  • Size opportunities, assess strategic fit, and deliver clear go/no-go recommendations.
  • Build and own our view of the competitive landscape, including positioning, pricing, and capabilities.
  • Identify threats and white spaces early.
  • Take strategic initiatives from idea to execution plan, including business case, roadmap, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Prepare board-level and leadership materials that turn complex information into clear decisions.

Requirements

  • Organized, proactive, and commercially minded.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments, communicate clearly, and get things done without needing to be told twice.
  • Take ownership and follow through.
  • Be structured and reliable under pressure without losing momentum.
  • Communicate with confidence and clarity, both internally and externally.
  • Have a genuine interest in strategy, market dynamics, and how growth decisions get made.
  • Bring a "no task too small" mindset and know when to zoom in on details.
  • Feel energized by a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
  • Be comfortable navigating technical topics without needing to be an engineer yourself.
  • Bring an interest in how technical delivery and research actually work in practice, not just the commercial side.
  • Synthesize complex or ambiguous information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) and 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, strategy, research, or a startup context.
  • Strong research and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
