About the Role
This role drives collaboration with operations leads and key business partners from marketing, finance, and product groups. The main responsibility is to drive business unit alignment and operational efficiency through process improvements, creation, implementation, and execution, with a critical focus on annual and quarterly planning. Strong skills in process development, program management, and influencing in a matrixed environment are required. This dynamic, high-impact position will directly influence global marketing activities for Adobe.
Responsibilities
- Drive engagement and alignment with key stakeholders in Adobe’s business units (Creativity & Productivity and Customer Experience Orchestration).
- Lead annual / quarterly planning process in partnership with finance and cross functional operations partners.
- Align teams and identify opportunities to evolve operational processes across the marketing organization and in partnership with the business units.
- Drive communication throughout the team and with partners within the global marketing organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in strategic operational roles, partnering within a global, cross functional environment.
- Leadership experience managing teams
- Proven success solving complicated process problems.
- Extraordinary ability to program manage across complex operations.
- Strong influencing skills, the ability to develop strong relationships and communicate up, across and down in the org structure are critical to success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent meeting design and facilitation skills.
- Critical thinking skills and able to take sizable problems and break them into small meaningful pieces as well as being able to utilize data to derive insights from metrics.
- Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude and attention to operational details.

Salary/Compensations
- $151,800 -- $298,150 annually
- $205,900 - $298,150 (California)
Benefits
- Total target compensation (TTC = base + commission) for sales roles
- Short-term incentives in the form of sales commission plans for sales roles
- Base salary and short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) for non-sales roles
- Long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award may be eligible for certain roles
