About the Role

Adobe Advertising is seeking team members to lead AI and data-driven execution for advertising products, helping marketing teams plan, build, manage, activate, and measure paid media. This role focuses on selling Advertising Solutions to Brands Direct in the Mid Market, driving adoption of DSP, DCO, and Search solutions, and collaborating with other Adobe sellers. You will also represent Adobe Creative Generative AI tools for brands interested in adopting DCO + Generative AI software to enhance creative performance in paid media.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales of Adobe Advertising Product Suite, including DSP, DCO, Search and GenStudio, and potentially features within Adobe CDP.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to understand market trends, identify customer needs, and analyze the competitive landscape within the generative AI and content space.
  • Develop and implement a plan with prioritization across accounts to exceed quota.
  • Prospect and generate pipeline across a book of named accounts.
  • Track and measure the efficiency of go-to-market initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to the sales ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Experience crafting GTM strategies with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics necessary for execution.
  • Ability to translate the Adobe Ad Content Supply Chain story into understandable customer value.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of large enterprise-level software sales experience.
  • Understanding of the advertising ecosystem and ads managers to identify prospects and achieve goals.
  • Demonstrated history of achievement and consistently surpassing targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with team goals and metrics.
