About the Role
The Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team is crucial for operations, ensuring technical systems and facilities function continuously. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing conveyor and building services systems, as well as production equipment. You will help maintain the highest safety standards in occupational safety and prevent machine downtime. Our technical team ensures high availability of technical systems and improves equipment quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on a wide variety of equipment at our locations.
- Carry out repairs and troubleshooting.
- Utilize the latest tools to maximize equipment effectiveness.
- Adhere to all occupational safety and health regulations and practices.
- Support the development and career progression of apprentices at the site.
- Work on continuous improvement projects and implement best practices at various EU sites.
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training recognized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) or Chamber of Crafts (HWK), or proof of a successfully completed university degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical engineering or related field) from a German university or recognized foreign university degrees (BA, B.Sc., MA, M.Sc., Dipl.-Ing.).
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in the relevant trade.
- Experience in the maintenance of industrial production facilities.
- Advanced German language skills, both written and spoken.
Skills
- Experience with condition-based monitoring
- Experience working with pressure and application machines
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of conveyor or automation systems

- Onsite at one of our distribution centers
