About the Role
The Enterprise Data & Analytics Lead is responsible for the governance, integrity, quality, and lifecycle management of the organization’s master data across key domains. This role establishes data standards, policies, and controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, security, and compliance across enterprise systems. The Lead partners cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Operations, HR, Compliance, and executive leadership to ensure that master data and foundational datasets support operational efficiency, trusted reporting and analytics, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making. This role is expected to evolve over time and may assume people-management responsibilities as the enterprise data and analytics function matures.
Responsibilities
- Governance, integrity, quality, and lifecycle management of master data.
- Establish data standards, policies, and controls.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, security, and compliance across enterprise systems.
- Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Operations, HR, Compliance, and executive leadership.
- Support operational efficiency, trusted reporting and analytics, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making.
- Potentially assume people-management responsibilities as the function matures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Management, Finance, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in data governance, master data management, analytics enablement, ERP/CRM systems, or related roles.
- Experience with data quality tools and/or structured MDM processes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.).
- Experience working in regulated or audit-driven environments preferred.
- Experience building or formalizing a data governance program.
- Experience with donor management, fundraising, nonprofit, healthcare, or membership-based organizations.
- SQL experience and understanding of relational databases.
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or data migrations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft-based data and reporting technologies.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and best practices.
- Candidates must work on a W2 basis.
