About the Role
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will combine technical creativity with high-level business acumen to architect bespoke Proof of Concepts (POCs) that solve major operational hurdles for Fortune 500 companies. This role directly influences high-value enterprise deals, involves working with C-level executives, mentoring junior team members, and providing feedback to Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy in partnership with Account Executives to achieve sales goals.
- Architect, design, and deliver custom technical Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Proof of Values (POVs).
- Present complex technical and business architectures to C-level executives.
- Drive technical responses and functional strategy for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
- Collaborate with Product Management to convey customer requirements and influence the product roadmap.
- Contribute reusable assets and mentor associate Solutions Consultants.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a closely related technical or business field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, Enterprise Architect, or client-facing Professional Services consultant.
- Strong technical fluency in enterprise application architecture, REST APIs, databases, SQL, integrations, cloud environments, or modern development languages.
- Proven success delivering technical demonstrations, custom prototypes, or POCs/POVs for enterprise customers.
- Mastered ability to execute deep technical discovery and requirements analysis.
- Ability to travel to customer locations and field events as required (30%–70% travel).
