About the Role

The Amazon Strategic Account Services (SAS) program seeks to improve the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection, and convenience across their business. The SAS team aims to leverage the full potential of each Selling Partner on Amazon by providing leading-edge strategic consultancy using a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to support our Selling Partners to achieve their goals. Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes, and people to grow the program and enable scalable global solutions through direct cooperation with worldwide teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around SAS program and service offerings, highlighting unique benefits for sellers and aligning with strategic business goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective Selling Partners by leveraging deep market insights, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and Amazon’s strategic priorities.
  • Manage a portfolio of Selling Partners through tailored strategies, clear timelines, and proactive communication—utilizing expertise in Amazon programs, tools, and processes to drive success.
  • Produce actionable business recommendations by analyzing customer data with advanced analytical tools, unlocking growth opportunities and maximizing seller potential.
  • Implement and track success metrics for sellers in your portfolio, using data-driven insights to guide decisions and surface untapped opportunities.
  • Prepare and present performance deep-dive sessions to facilitate strategic discussions on progress, challenges, and future plans with Selling Partners.
  • Develop expertise in the competitive landscape, including knowledge of complementary and competing product offerings, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, such as competitive analysis, content development, and process/tool innovation, to enhance value for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of inside sales experience
  • Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
