About the Role
As a Lead Trainer, you will consolidate the experience of regional trainers, develop nationwide standards, and ensure that best practices are implemented across the installation sector.
Responsibilities
- Gather, process, and share practical knowledge from regional trainers with regional management to improve processes, materials, and tools across all regions.
- Organize and moderate a weekly, structured exchange with all regional trainers.
- Create a monthly central update for the nine regions, presenting relevant information clearly.
- Conduct spot checks, verify checklist compliance, and ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with regional management to drive one to two measurable strategic improvements per quarter.
- Define central best-practice processes and develop onboarding standards, such as the 3-month checklist.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, e.g., as a "Anlagenmechaniker:in für Sanitär, Heizung und Klimatechnik".
- Master craftsman qualification, technician qualification, or a pedagogical additional qualification like the "Ausbildereignungsschein" are a plus.
- Three to five years of practical professional experience.
- Ideally, experience in technical leadership or as a trainer.
- Ability to structure practical knowledge, convey it understandably, and translate it into training materials, checklists, or standards.
- Familiarity with construction site processes, relevant materials, and tools from personal experience.
- Confident in leading meetings, integrating different perspectives, and communicating clearly with regional teams and management.
- Ability to uphold standards, address deviations, and derive concrete improvements from audits.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, reporting structures, and digital checklists.
- German language skills at C1 or C2 level.
- English language skills at a minimum of B1 level.
