About the Role

The AWS Partner Core Tech team is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to accelerate partner-led cloud migrations at scale and support the Migration Acceleration Program (MAP). This role involves working at the intersection of partner enablement, emerging AI technologies, and enterprise migration delivery, empowering partners to build AI-native migration practices.

Responsibilities

Work hands-on with strategic migration partners, delivering architectural guidance, validating GenAI-powered solutions, and driving GenAI adoption.
Co-create reusable artifacts that accelerate delivery across regulated and enterprise environments.
Provide strategic advisory on complex workload migrations and application modernization.
Design and deliver scalable enablement programs and author high-impact technical content.
Build agentic AI automation that streamlines internal program operations.
Travel up to 25% to deliver enablement events, facilitate migration workshops, and present at AWS partner and industry events.
Collaborate with partners on solution design, architecture reviews, and technical blocker resolution.
Develop and iterate on scalable automation tooling.
Author and maintain technical content.
Review and technically validate partner migration opportunities.
Prepare and deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and deep dives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or experience in a professional field or military.
Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
Experience within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.
