About the Role

As a Senior Consultant FSI (m/w/d), you will support clients in the banking and financial services sector by pursuing a holistic value creation approach and accompanying technological and digital transformations. You will advise clients on shaping their digital future and future-oriented IT operating models, and support the development of long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Advise clients in the FSI sector on shaping their digital future and future-oriented IT operating models.
Support the development of long-term customer relationships.
Conduct assessments of existing IT strategies and enterprise system landscapes in the banking environment.
Identify optimization potential and define corresponding measures including an implementation roadmap.
Support IT transformation projects from planning to implementation.
Accompany the modernization of IT landscapes and the introduction of new technologies in the FSI sector.
Develop rollout plans and support comprehensive transformation and implementation programs.
Support the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks to align IT strategy and business goals.

Requirements

Excellent Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university in economics, business administration, business informatics, or comparable fields of study.
Several years of practical experience in consulting companies from the FSI sector in IT strategy, IT transformation, IT development and implementation, enterprise system landscapes, and cloud.
Experience in planning, managing, and coordinating (sub-)projects in large IT transformations as well as IT development and implementation projects.
Convincing qualities in leading and developing employees.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
Strong ability to identify and critically evaluate AI potentials and to use them specifically for innovative solution approaches, well-founded recommendations, and measurable customer benefits.
